Practitioners work list and Practitioners Notification Centre.

At the bottom of the practitioners WorkList page in Care Response is a list of ‘Patients For Review’. Patients are placed on this list using the Practitioner Notification Centre in the patients presentation; this can be automatically if a patients ‘on call’ period expires, if you set you or another member of the team adds a reminder that the patients file need action.

Complete the action required and then remove the notification.

To remove a notification view the patients presentation page. On the right side at the top is the Practitioner Notification Centre. To remove a patient from your WorkList you have to do three things:

1. 1)  add a comment in the window

2. 2)  untick the Notify Practitioner box

3. 3)  click on the disk icon to save these changes

If you have been successful the large red exclamation box will disappear.

It will be really helpful if everyone can regularly check their work lists and clear all patients showing.
